Sanitizer Skid

Fogg's sanitizer skids provide rinsing solutions for your Fogg rinser. They combine chemical blend, premium chemical blend, and sterile water; filtered or thermal. All of these features come with a rinse recovery system where your chemical solution is returned to the skid to be filtered and reused. This dramatically reduces environmental impact and lowers manufacturers’ operating costs.

1. Mixes the chemical of your choice to the proper concentration
2. Heats it to your required temperature
3. Generates sterile water with filtration or with heat
4. Sends the prepared solution to rinse your bottles
5. Rinsing solution recaptured and sent back to be filtered and reused
