Tote Dumpers are for high-speed lines, their single job is to dump large totes of caps into the cap sorter. Tote Dumpers are kept in place with the safety bars to ensure proper positioning. They integrate well with your existing cap sorter or can be paired with a Fogg VSE-18® or VSE-30® with an extended hopper.

  • Tote Dumper has lighting and a roof to help reduce possible contamination of caps

Extended Hoppers give the VSE-18® or VSE-30® additional capacity. The cap chamber is also positively pressured with HEPA air to assist in aligning the caps to be properly elevated up to the sorter belt.

  • Shielded to prevent dust particulate from entering the hopper
  • Fully programmable Allen Bradley PLC with touch screen
  • Inside the extended hopper is an angled and elongated stainless steel funnel to help align caps to ride up the sorter belt.
