Dual Turret Rinser Automation
Interact with Fogg's Dual Turret Rinser
- Fogg's dual turret rinser provides two rinsing turrets for maximum contact time and the highest level of sanitization. Before the bottles are rinsed, a split conveyor bed is used to transfer the bottles to help eliminate any cross contaminants through the automatic bottle washing process. The bottles are then sprayed externally and flipped upside down and rinsed with a substance of your choice. As they travel through the turret separation wall, they're picked up by the second turret for a final rinse.
- Different types of media to sanitize: alcohol, water, sterile water, ionized air, sterile air, HEPA filtered air, hydrogen peroxide, peracetic acid (PAA), and a variety of different chemical sanitizers.
