As the juice market continues to grow, so do the demands for filling. Whether you fill hot or cold, Fogg has specific features to make your job easier. We offer a special hot fill temperature management system that recirculates your product to maintain temperature. If the product is filled cold, we offer many types of equipment to ensure extended shelf life for your product.

Sanitation is always a concern when filling, it's more important while cold filling juice and other extended shelf life products (ESL). The traditional process does not use heat to kill micro-organisms, but instead, the micro-organisms on the bottle are killed before they ever come in contact with the product. Fogg offers a line of Microb-Blasters® to help sanitize. A Microb-Blaster® uses UV light or chemicals to kill micro-organisms to help ensure your product stays safe. There is also a CIP trough system, bottle rinsers, HEPA filtration, and a unique Sanibar® system that cleans periodically between CIP cycles.
