Sanitation is always a concern when filling, but it becomes extremely important while cold filling juice and other extended shelf life products (ESL). Because you can’t use heat to kill micro-organisms, you have to make sure to kill them before they ever come in contact with your product. Fogg offers in-line and rotary Microb-Blasters® to help sanitize. A Microb-Blaster® uses UV light or chemicals to kill micro-organisms to help ensure your product stays safe. There is also a CIP trough system, bottle rinsers, HEPA filtration, and a unique Sanibar® system that cleans periodically between CIP cycles.

Fogg has the ability to add many different features to meet your log reductions. If you are experiencing problems in a specific area; such as your caps, we offer a line of cap sanitizers that can use chemicals or UV to sanitize prior to capping. If the bottles are a problem area, we offer a rotary Microb-Blaster® and Dual Turret Rinsers to provide the ultimate bottle sanitizing system.

We offer many types of internal wash systems including a Sanibar® System to clean in between CIP's. An enclosure wash or ultra wash system that cleans everything inside the filling environment, except for a few sensitive areas of the capper. You can pick and choose these features or add them all for the ultimate ESL filling line.
