Timed Two Stage Bottle Stop

One of Fogg Filler's latest innovation is the timed two stage bottle stop.
This new bottle stop was designed with 3 objectives in mind. First, this new style has been redesigned to virtually eliminate downed bottles entering the infeed screw. The hook and paddle used to be a set distance apart whether the bottles were small or large, allowing smaller bottles to tip before reaching the screw. Fogg has created a changeable nose piece that can be easily switched out between bottle sizes, so that you always have the optimal nose piece for your bottle. Since these sizes are changeable, they can better grab small bottles that are usually prone to tipping. Secondly the paddle now has more power and holds back more bottles than ever before. Previously, the paddle would only touch one bottle at a time, and now this redesigned paddle will hold multiple bottles at once creating a sort of wall to hold the bottles back and to push with more force as the bottles enter the infeed. Lastly, this new assembly comes with built in change parts to allow you to easily switch bottle sizes. This removeable bottle stop has pegs so that you can easily remove and re-place into different change parts making these virtually impossible to mess up. Just like all Fogg change parts, these include a simple, tool-less removal.
All new fillers will include this upgrade. Depending on your current machine, if you have approx. 24" x 10" in front of your infeed, this upgrade can be retrofitted to your infeed. Fogg also offers a new, hookless bottle stop option ideal for 2-4 oz bottles.
