Fogg Filler Introduces New Valve Technology:

Holland, Michigan…Fogg Filler Co., a market leader
in the design and manufacture of rotary filling
systems for the liquids industry, has just
introduced a new Tri-Line Extended CIP (clean in
place) Valve.
As customers have an increasing need for greater
sanitation of their products or packages and lower
labor costs, Fogg Co. has stepped up to the market
demands with a new valve system. The Fogg Tri-Line
CIP Extended Valve is the newest member of the Fogg
Valve line. It is an excellent choice for a wide
range of flowable liquids, including dairy,
beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical and household
products. The Tri-Line CIP Extended Valve was
created to improve sanitation, shorten maintenance
time, and down time during product change over,
which results in lower labor costs and increase
production.
Tri-Line CIP Extended Valve is easy to use with
tool-less disassembly and removal to save our
customers time and money. This valve is stainless
steel and externally removable which assures fast
changeover with precise alignment. The “O” ring is
no longer exposed and is now engineered with a
smooth patented flip flop seal.
