The Fogg Bulk Cap Elevator can be coupled with Fogg's Z-24 sorter (and many others) to make a cost effective sorting system. The elevator can be custom made to a specific height to meet your requirements. It carries caps from the 9 cubic foot hopper up to the sorter to easily keep up with the Z-24 sorter. The plastic carrier belt is virtually maintenance free and its variable speed drive DC motor will assure smooth operation. Custom hoppers are also available.

The Fogg Cap Blower is a huge advantage for plants with limited floor space. This unit will allow you to blow the caps up to 40 feet into your cap sorter. It is equipped with a 10 cubic foot hopper and is able to blow caps as large as 43mm. There are additional options including stainless steel piping with clamps (shown), HEPA air filtration, and an operator warning light.
