safety guarding technology. Fogg’s safety guarding
has been designed to accommodate the most rigid
safety and sanitation requirements including HEPA
class 100.
Fogg’s new safety guarding is made of stainless
steel framework with clear polycarbonate to enclose
the sides of the filler. There are hinged access
doors to enter all sides of the filler for quick and
easy maintenance. Electrical interlocks have been
placed on each of the doors to disable the filler if
the doors are opened while the filler is running.
The internal lighting also provides another level of
safety for the machine operator.
Customer’s sanitation needs vary greatly. That is
why Fogg’s safety enclosures also offer class 100
HEPA filters. That means hundreds of air changes per
hour pass through the 99.99% efficient HEPA filters
to ensure the product has greater sanitation and a
longer shelf life. Special attention has been made
in the design phase to ensure that these filters are
very simple to replace. There are also perforated
air diffuser face screens to ensure even
distribution of clean air throughout the clean room.
Fogg’s safety guarding can be built on the machine
at the time of the order or made to fit your
existing filler. You can choose 1, or 2 tier
guarding to meet your requirements. All these
elements combined with Fogg’s world renowned service
and support ensures the customer reliable,
effective, safety guarding for many years.
