Fogg’s new Tote Dumper will maximize efficiency of caps being supplied to high production packaging lines.

Fogg’s Tote Dumper is customizable to your cap totes and dumps them effortlessly into the extended hopper of your Fogg sorter. This increases operator safety and frees up your operator’s time for other tasks.

This system has stainless steel construction and is wash-down safe making it a great fit for all high speed lines. The guarding, with roof and lights, reduces the possibility of cap contamination and is OSHA compliant. It is fully programmable with an Allen Bradley PLC and touch screen to keep production running with confidence.

You can integrate this Tote Dumper to a Fogg VSE-18 or VSE-30 cap sorter with an extended hopper for a highly efficient cap sorting process. It can be retrofitted to most lines including competitors waterfall cap sorters. Fogg’s proven technology helps lower operating costs and provides the highest level of reliability for your production lines.
