Fogg will now design, build, and integrate a chemical/sterile water skid for your new or existing line to ensure proper levels of sanitation. This is one more level of product safety your customers will appreciate.

Fogg’s chemical skids recover 98.6% of chemical used, filter it, and reuse it. This dramatically reduces the environmental impact at the same time it lowers the manufacturers operating costs. The chemical skid will pre-mix your specific chemical blend in a tank and then heat it to a prescribed temperature to meet your sanitation requirements. It is capable of handling a variety of chemical blends including acidic solutions. Depending on your chemical blend, this process can be easily monitored and controlled by the filler’s PLC to keep production running with confidence. This custom application is now simplified by Fogg, by eliminating the need for another company to integrate their machinery.

Fogg’s sterile water skid operates on a filtration system that requires no steam. The sterile water can then be used to rinse bottles before filling. If your plant has several applications for sterile water you can use this same skid for all of them. Fogg’s proven technology helps lower operating costs and provides the highest level of reliability for your production lines. Each system can be customized to the customers needs.
