The Medium Intensity Microb-Blaster® has been designed to use UV light to sanitize caps. The UV light was originally designed to kill 50% - 99.99% of all potentially harmful organisms. Now, with 270% improved output it can achieve higher log reductions at a higher production speed than ever before. This makes the Microb-Blaster® out perform any known competitor’s product in the market!

Fogg’s meticulous attention to detail is very obvious in the construction and diagnostics integrated into this unit. This patent pending technology manages critical parameters to achieve maximum UV output throughout the light source’s life. It actively monitors the UV output to allow preset thresholds to be determined when the light source needs to be replaced. Because of the light source’s placement, density, and monitoring you can keep production running with confidence.

You now have the option to sanitize the inside and outside of the cap at the same time. By allowing you to sanitize both sides of the cap at the same time you greatly reduce the risk of bringing bio-burden into the filling environment. This is one more level of product safety your customers will appreciate.
