Fogg's New Filler

Model F4.1

Holland, Michigan... Fogg Filler, a market leader in the design and manufacture of rotary filling systems for the liquids industry, has introduced their newest model fillers, the F4.1 Series. Fogg’s F4.1 model has been designed to combine a small footprint with Extended Shelf Life (ESL) features for your ultimate filling solution.

Fogg’s new F4.1 model boasts of improved cleanliness. Like the current F4 model, the footprint remains petite, but now provides the option to add an automated CIP system. By touching a button, you can clean the valves in place without adding or removing any hardware. This enables you to decrease the amount of cleaning time and operator contact with the filling environment, which increases sanitation. You can also add any or all of Fogg’s other ESL features like a Rinser, Microb-BlasterTM, Safety and Sanitation Guarding with HEPA filtration, SanibarTM, and a Base Flush System. Each feature adds another level of sanitation for your product.

The F4.1 Series has been redesigned from the ground up. It has a gear drive system that is lube free and made with our unique, field proven, composite. This allows for even smoother, cleaner, bottle handling. The base design captures all liquids and sends them down the drain keeping the filling area dry. The guarding is now flush mounted (like Fogg’s larger models) which gives the machine a narrow profile and takes up less floor space. Also, the infeed and discharge conveyors are controlled independently for precise bottle handling known as Fogg’s “Split Bed Conveyor System.”
