Fogg’s Chemical Supply &Rinse Recovery System

Fogg has recently added chemical dosing to our existing Rinses Recovery System that will accurately heat and blend your chemicals for sanitizing.

Fogg is always focused on filling in a clean environment for the longest possible shelf life. So, the Chemical Blend feature was the next logical product offering for us. This feature mixes the chemical of your choice to the proper concentration. Then it heats it to the prescribed temperature and maintains it as needed. These actions are all controlled and operated by the PLC. Using this feature will ensure that your rinsing/sanitizing system always maintains the proper pressure and allows for custom blending requirements.

Fogg’s Rinse Recovery System coupled with the new Chemical Blend feature gives you a stand alone Chemical Blend Skid designed for your precise rinsing requirements. Together these features will help you save 96-98.5% of fluid losses for your new or existing line. This is a savings everyone can appreciate.
