Fogg’s safety and sanitation guarding is built to fit both new and existing Fogg fillers and customized to competitor's machines. Single tier guarding comes standard with all Fogg fillers. You can choose to upgrade to 2nd tier guarding and/or HEPA filtration to meet your requirements. The guarding is made of heavy gauge, highly polished, stainless steel, and clear polycarbonate to enclose all sides of the filler. Hinged access doors allow entry on all sides of the filler for quick and easy maintenance. Electrical interlocks are placed on each door and E-stop the filler if the doors are opened while the filler is running. An indicator is provided on the HMI identifying which door is open. Internal lighting options also provide another level of safety for the machine operator.
