Mechanical Design Engineer
Must have BSME. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in 3D modeling, have at least five years of engineering experience, detail oriented, and well organized. Fogg Filler will offer a good salary and benefits package for the right canidate.

Lead Electrical/Controls Engineer
Immediate need for an experienced Electrical/Controls Engineer to join and lead our electrical staff in designing and manufacturing control systems for custom high speed bottling, capping and related equipment.

Job Summary:
Responsible for designing the required electrical controls packages and selecting and integrating a broad spectrum of components and subsystems including: servo controllers, logic controllers, I/O, power distribution, motors, VFD’s, sensors, flow monitoring/controlling devices, safety devices and cables. Will work on assignments that are moderately to highly complex in nature where judgment and leadership are required in resolving problems and making recommendations.
Normally receives little or no instruction on routine work and only general instructions on new projects. Must be able to evaluate required work content and project management needs to provide guidance and direction to other Electrical Engineering staff.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent, specializing in automation and controls technology. BSEE degree preferred.
2. 8+ years related experience.
3. Knowledge of NEC, UL and CE design standards and requirements.
4. Proficiency with AutoCAD, electrical ladder diagrams and bills of material.
5. Proficient at programming PLC’s (Allen Bradley), HMI’s, Servos and VFD’s.
6. In depth and up-to-date knowledge in the material handling and machine automation industry, including fluid controls and flow meters.
7. Must follow an organized, disciplined approach to the design process.
8. Must exhibit professional and courteous communication and interaction under pressure with customers, vendors, engineers, electricians, technicians and other team members.
9. Comprehensive experience troubleshooting complex equipment during project startup in-house, as well as assisting service personnel working on customer equipment in the field.
10. Able to independently complete all specific responsibilities with moderate supervision.
11. Demonstrate effective verbal, written and leadership skills.
12. Able to travel in the U.S. and internationally to assist service personnel with installations and repairs.

Electical/Controls Engineer/Technician
Description:
Immediate need for an Electrical/Controls Engineer/Technician to join our electrical staff in designing and manufacturing control systems for custom high speed bottling, capping and related equipment.

Job Summary:
Responsible for hands on design, selection and documentation of electrical controls components and systems. Will be responsible for the installation and integration of a broad spectrum of components and subsystems including: servo controllers, logic controllers, I/O, power distribution, motors, VFD’s, sensors, flow monitoring/controlling devices, safety devices and cables. Will work on assignments that are moderately to highly complex in nature where judgment and logic are required for resolving problems and making decisions.
Will receive direction and guidance from the Lead Electrical/Controls Engineer on most projects, but will then be expected to complete all tasks without direct supervision.

Requirements:
1. Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience, specializing in automation and controls technology.
2. 5+ years related experience.
3. Knowledge of NEC, UL and CE design standards and requirements.
4. Proficiency with AutoCAD, electrical ladder diagrams and bills of material.
5. Experience with panel layout and build.
6. Experienced at programming PLC’s, HMI’s, Servos, VFD’s and Flow Meters.
7. Must follow an organized, disciplined approach to the design and installation process.
8. Must exhibit professional and courteous communication and interaction under pressure with customers, vendors, engineers, electricians, technicians and other team members.
9. Comprehensive experience troubleshooting complex equipment during project startup in-house, as well as assisting service personnel working on customer equipment in the field.
